The Board of Trustees of Harford Community College will hold its regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, April 16, beginning at 6 PM. The meeting will be held in a hybrid format; employees and community members may join the meeting in person in Edgewood Hall, Room 132 or watch the meeting via the Internet.

The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation recently announced that Harford Community College students Druscilla Darkwa (Biotechnology major), David Jones (History), Hope Long (General Studies), and Goodness Nnebedum (Nursing) are among the semifinalists for its highly competitive Cooke Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship. There are 459 semifinalists for the program in total.

Harford’s Rho Beta Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, the International Honor Society of two-year colleges, inducted new members into the Honor Society in a ceremony last month. PTK recognizes and encourages scholarship among two-year college students.
