Wolf Sanctuary of PA and Lunch

In the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch Country, quietly secured on 80+ acres of natural woodland, you will find the home of the Speedwell Wolves. Originally created as a private rescue, Wolf Sanctuary of PA has grown into an education facility that is devoted to assuring the most comfortable and stimulating environments for the wolves. Following the guided tour, take a few minutes to visit the gift shop before heading to lunch. Lunch (included) is at Lititz Family Cupboard. After lunch, spend some time exploring the town of Lititz, known as one of America’s coolest small towns.

Enjoy this delightful walking tour that includes 8–12 of Georgetown’s most beautiful homes and gardens. Homes open from 11 AM–5 PM for easy walking at your own pace in the order you prefer. Also included is the Rectory of St. John’s Church, a fine example of period architecture built in 1874. Enjoy a lovely tea, featuring homemade tea sandwiches and sweets, courtesy of St. John’s between the hours of 2–5 PM. Those wishing a more substantial meal will find a variety of restaurants nearby. Harriet Tubman Tour: Freedom, Faith, and Foodways

We begin in Cambridge, MD where we meet our step-on guide who will introduce you to the life and legacy of Harriet Tubman. Travel to the Courthouse (site of Harriet’s first rescue) and Long Wharf, where the enslaved were transported by ship, the “Take My Hand Mural,” painted on the Harriet Tubman Museum and Educational Center building, the Stanley Institute, a historic African American one-room schoolhouse and visit the Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad Visitor Center. Additional stops include Brodess Farm, her childhood home, and the Bucktown General Store. Lunch (included) is prepared at a church in Cambridge’s historic Pine Street neighborhood.

Frank Lloyd Wright Architecture

Frank Lloyd Wright is considered the greatest American architect of all time and this tour will take you to three of his masterful designs. Visit includes Kentucky Knob "smart home", Falling Water, and the Mantyla houses at Polymath Park to experience first-hand his amazing skill at capturing the natural world. The tour will also stop at the Flight 93 National Memorial Visitor Center where the attack on the US Capital was thwarted by the passengers and crew. Spend the night at the beautiful Seven Springs Mountain Resort. Two of the most famous symbols of America and freedom are the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Catch the ferry in New Jersey and travel to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island.
The overwhelming appearance and presence of the Statue of Liberty is unforgettable! Pedestal access for the Statue of Liberty is included. The second stop is Ellis Island Immigration Museum, the gateway for those seeking the American way. It houses magnificent artifacts belonging to those who reached the shores of America. You will also have an audio guided tour for both islands. Lunch is on your own.

Harford Community College and Superior Tours partner to bring you a fabulous seven-day/six-night trip that includes the crown jewel of the great lakes - Mackinac Island! Together we'll enjoy the magic of exploring this magnificent island - complete with beautiful vistas, charming carriage rides and plentiful shopping. Stops include the Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation, Guided tour of Frankenmuth, MI and Bronner's Christmas Wonderland; and plenty of free time on the island. During our journey home, we'll stop at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, OH.
