Harford's program meets the MVA graduated licensing requirements and includes 30 hours of classroom instruction and 6 hours of behind-the-wheel drive time which is scheduled with your instructor. A parent or driver coach is expected to attend the initial class session, and all classes are mandatory for students.

To register, students must bring proof of age (birth certificate, learner's permit, or valid passport) to the registration desk in Edgewood Hall and verify they will be 15 years old by the first class session.
