No one should have to choose between going to college and having food on the table.
That said, Harford Community College recognizes that food scarcity is a reality for many members of our community. The Office of Student Life maintains an on campus food pantry on the first floor of the Student Center. It is open to all of our campus community. If you would like more information about access to free or low-cost food—both on or off campus— contact the Food Pantry.
The Office of Student Life also offers workshops on healthy eating, budgets, and cooking.
Students in need of emergency food or gas assistance
The College stocks a limited number of Shop Rite grocery gift cards available to our students who apply and present immediate need. Contact Laura Burke for information.
