Harford Community College Policies

The Board of Trustees of Harford Community College is responsible for developing policies that govern the general conduct and affairs of the College in accordance with state law; the policies on this page have been approved by the Board and represent the Board’s commitment to the practices and principles described. In the event of any conflict between a specific Board policy and legislation or educational code, the legislation/education code prevails. In addition, the College has developed detailed procedures to guide the implementation of some policies. Procedures are designed to govern the details of implementation and should therefore be consistent with the established Board policy. In the event of any conflict between a Board policy and the procedure, the policy prevails.
