Nominations for the Distinguished Alumni Award are open now through February 15. The award honors the achievements of former Harford students who have shown outstanding success in their chosen profession, a commitment to the community, and an interest in and service to the College.
The Fall 2025 Nursing Class Pinning Ceremony for Harford Community College’s associate degree nursing graduates was held on December 16 at the Amoss Center in Bel Air.

A Practical Nursing Pinning Ceremony was held in the Chesapeake Theater at Harford Community College on December 19. There were 13 graduates from the program in fall 2025.
A Completion Ceremony for fall 2025 grads of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program was held on December 15. The event was hosted by the College’s Division of Nursing and Allied Health Professions. The eight new CNAs are looking forward to excellent employment prospects!
A Completion Ceremony for fall graduates of Harford’s Medical Assisting Program was held on December 12 in Darlington Hall. Six grads completed 160 hours of training in physicians’ offices across the county after completing coursework for their Certifications and/or AAS degrees.
Anyone interested in applying for Harford’s nursing program fall semester is advised to attend a Nursing Program Information Session. An in-person session will be held January 8, 10 to 11:30 AM in Darlington Hall, Room 210. A virtual info session will be held on January 28, 3 to 4 PM.
