With the victim’s consent, the Public Safety Officer may notify the Harford County Sheriff’s Office to conduct an official criminal investigation of any allegations of sexual harassment and discrimination. With the victim’s consent, the Public Safety Officer will arrange for transportation to the University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Medical Center where a SAFE exam can be performed by a trained FNE.
