Insurance Help Desk Professional

Have you ever tried calling a help desk and wished the person on the other end could actually provide the help you needed?

The Insurance Help Desk Professional program trains students to be well-versed and knowledgeable in the insurance field so they are able to provide customers with an exceptional help desk experience. Students gain theory and practical experience in the areas of consultancy, customer service, front-line underwriting, quotations, claims, and agency management systems, which transfer to high growth career and entrepreneurial opportunities. The courses follow a remote synchronous learning model delivered by the National Association of Insurance Professionals (NAIP).
