Brick Masonry Training
Funding may be available through the Philip E. & Carole R. Ratcliffe Foundation Scholarships.
From the pyramids to the houses in your neighborhood, masonry continues to be one of the strongest and most sought-after building techniques. And for those with the skills, it can also be one of the most lucrative.
Students in this course learn about the highly valued and in demand trade of masonry and are introduced to the history, safety, tools and techniques of brick laying. In this hands-on course, you learn skills needed to successfully build a basic brick structure, and be qualified to apply, with an advantage, to the Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Local 1 apprenticeship.
