Celebrate spring in a riot of color at the Holland Tulip Festival! Held annually in Holland, Michigan, this festival features millions of blooms, windmills and parades. We will start our trip with a guided tour of the city of Chicago and then make our way up to Michigan. After the Tulip Festival, we will spend a few days on Mackinac Island, staying at the Grand Hotel. A visit to Greenfield Village ends our trip.

Her home, Hillwood, is known for its large decorative arts collection that focuses heavily on the House of Romanov, including Faberge eggs. Peek into the world of someone once known as the wealthiest woman in America. Explore the grounds, gardens, greenhouse and gift shop. Located on a 250-acre campus, President Lincoln’s Cottage is a historic site and museum in Northwest Washington, DC. Here, Abraham Lincoln made some of his most nation-changing decisions as he developed the Emancipation Proclamation. We’ll start our day viewing exhibits in the visitor center and then we will will walk across the street to visit his former home. Fee includes round-trip transportation on a motor coach bus, admission/guided tour, and a boxed lunch to enjoy at picnic tables. Join Chef Woo Can on a guided Dim Sum tasting at Dim Sum Palace in Catonsville and end with a visit to a local Asian grocery store. Leisurely day. You can board a bus, climb one flight of stairs, walk unassisted at a relaxed pace for up to 60 minutes without difficulty.

Slightly challenging. Likely walking two to three miles over the course of the day, on a variety of terrains with rest breaks.

On the go. You can handle standing for long periods of time, are able to walk about four to five miles during the trip and are comfortable climbing into/out of various modes of transportation.
