Harford Athletics to Host Inaugural “Harford Hoops New Year’s Classic” Featuring Boy’s, Men’s Basketball Slate of Games
A Practical Nursing Pinning Ceremony was held in the Chesapeake Theater at Harford Community College on December 19. There were 13 graduates from the program in fall 2025.
A Completion Ceremony for fall 2025 grads of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program was held on December 15. The event was hosted by the College’s Division of Nursing and Allied Health Professions. The eight new CNAs are looking forward to excellent employment prospects!
A Completion Ceremony for fall graduates of Harford’s Medical Assisting Program was held on December 12 in Darlington Hall. Six grads completed 160 hours of training in physicians’ offices across the county after completing coursework for their Certifications and/or AAS degrees.
Anyone interested in applying for the fall semester of Harford’s nursing program should attend this virtual information session, January 28 from 3 to 4 PM. It will cover the details of the program, the application process, and more. The session is open to everyone; no RSVP is required.

Come see “Improv Soup!” in Joppa Hall’s Black Box Theater, Saturday, January 24, at 2 & 7 PM. Use College Entrance 4; park in the J Lot. A lively blend of spontaneous comedy where anything can happen, each performance serves up a random mixture of improv inspired by audience suggestions.
Harford’s Alpha Delta Nu Nursing Honor Society, Gamma Upsilon Chapter, inducted 24 new members in a ceremony last month. The chapter’s mission is to promote associate degree nursing to ensure excellence and integrity in the future of health care and professional nursing practice.
Dominic Jones (‘26), Jaden Burton (‘27), Ryden Meadows (‘26) and Gary Kiprono (‘26) from Harford’s CyberClub competed in the 2025 Cyber Electromagnetic Activity Conference earlier this fall as a first-time team and made the College proud by finishing 3rd against some very stiff competition!
