Indoor Cycling

January 9-January 30, 2023 (No class 1/16) (Mon./Wed.), 5:30–6:15 PM (Course 25622)
Harford Community College, Susquehanna Center, Room 206
An indoor ride designed to provide you with the optimum in fat burning, endurance, and strength building, this class will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints, and other drills to give you a great interval workout to popular music. Come find the inspiration you’ve been looking for to help you achieve your personal goals. Clean studio, easy-to-use bikes. New to indoor cycling? We can help you get started. All levels welcome. Smash H.I.I.T.

Wake up and work out! Enroll in Harford Community College’s newest early morning fitness class, “Smash H.I.I.T.” A High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) class designed as a fast way to build cardiovascular fitness and strength through all-out, one hundred percent effort intervals of quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short active recovery periods. Smash H.I.I.T. is a full-body workout designed for all levels of fitness. Modifications will be given. Participants will be challenged to push to their limits and walk out feeling strong. Exercises will vary in intensity. Some equipment will be used. Tuition: $20. Abs + Core + Glutes

January 12-March 2, 2023 (No class 1/16) (Thurs.), 9:30-10:15 AM (Course 25284)

A strong core is the foundation to strong movement. This class focuses on core stabilization and strength, as well as abdominal and glute strength and endurance. Exercise sequences are performed in timed work/ rest intervals and are programmed in consistency with the class title. Mat required. Other equipment used for sessions may include yoga blocks, hand towel, and dumbbells. Tuition: $60. Fee: $90. Beginner Mat Pilates

February 7-March 21, 2023 (Tues.), 12:45-1:45 PM (Course 25168)

Beginner Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core while also targeting arms and legs. Mat Pilates is an exceptional workout that uses one's own body weight to strengthen and tone all the different muscle groups. Learn new stretches and proper posture to help develop those muscles. Remember to wear comfortable cloths and bring a water bottle. Mats and foam rollers will be provided and will be sanitized after every use. Little or no prior knowledge of Pilates is needed. Circuit 30 Boxing

Cycle X-Train

February 6-February 22, 2023 (Mon./Wed.), 5:30-6:30 PM (Course 25623)

Not just a bike class! This class will incorporate indoor cycling with mixed terrain format along with athletic and strength conditioning moves off the bike for a complete workout.
