Improve Your English Communication Skills at Harford Community College!

Call to save your spot at a free advising session on September 23 at 1, 3, or 6 p.m.

Harford Community College’s English as a Second Language (ESL) program helps foreign-born adults who are not currently enrolled in high school to improve their listening, speaking, reading, writing, and communication skills.

To enroll, a prospective student must be a foreign-born adult 18 years of age or older, not hold an F1 or J1 visa, be out of high school, and attend a free advising session.

If you’re interested in starting Harford Community College’s English as a Second Language fall classes, you must attend one of the free advising sessions being held on Thursday, September 23 at 1, 3, or 6 p.m. Please call Chelsea Reeder at 443.412.2152 or email her at creeder@harford.edu to schedule an advising session or for more information about the program.

Former ESL students are also invited to call to schedule an advising session.

Harford’s English as a Second Language program is supported by federal and state funds granted by the Maryland Department of Labor.
