Select Openings Available at Harford Community College’s Camp Curiosity

19 May 2026

It’s not too late to register your child in Harford Community College’s Camp Curiosity, the summer camp kids look forward to year after year. There are a limited number of openings available, but camps are filling up quickly. Register now.

Slots are still available throughout the summer in the full-day (9 AM-4 PM) Counselors in Training Leadership program for ages 11-15. Campers can unleash their leadership potential in this program, a comprehensive experience designed to equip them with essential career, education and leadership readiness skills while providing opportunities for hands-on work with children.

There are also some slots available in the revamped Kids in College camp for ages 7-10.

The Lights, Curtain, Action camp for ages 12-17 also has openings. Participants will learn the craft of theater including staging, characterization, dramatic expression, costuming and scenery while developing their own play. The week concludes with a camper-designed and -led performance for family and friends in the College’s Blackbox Theater.

In addition, slots are available in the July 6-10 Makerspace camp, where ages 11-17 can learn and innovate through hands-on projects in STEM, coding, computer science, electronics, 3D printing and more.

Youth ages 11-17 can design their own world in Minecraft, embarking on new challenges daily while learning the basics such as creating unique objects, screen capturing, making maps, and building 3D objects. This camp runs July 20-24 and has a few slots remaining.

Additional information is available here.

Camp Curiosity is a Maryland Department of Health-certified youth camp program - a program that is inspected to ensure it meets state health and safety requirements.
