Governor Wes Moore Appoints Elissa Halloran, JD to Harford Community College Board of Trustees

New Board Member Appointed

Governor Wes Moore has appointed Elissa Halloran, JD, to the nine-member Harford Community College Board of Trustees. Ms. Halloran was sworn in at the Office of the Clerk of the Court in Bel Air on July 22. Her term expires on June 30, 2030. She has been practicing law since 2006.

The College announces the appointment of Dr. Michele Campagna to the position of Vice President for Student Success effective January 6. Prior to joining Harford, she served as the Assistant Vice President and Dean for Student Success at SUNY Westchester Community College.
