Maryland Real Estate Principles & Practices for Salespersons
Start your journey with the introductory step needed to become a Real Estate agent.
This in-person course satisfies the 60 clock hours requirement of Real Estate Agent Pre-Licensing Training and prepares students to sit for the Maryland Real Estate Commission License exam. Certification requires full attendance on all class dates. The course includes topics in ownership, real estate law, contracts, financing, titles, appraisals and settlements. The 3-hour requirement for real estate ethics is also included. Textbooks are required and are included in the cost of the class. You must be at least 18 years old to register.
Once students have successfully completed the course, they may schedule to take the exam through PSI. After passing both the national and state portions of the exam, they may apply for their license.
