Certification requires full attendance in all classes.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Textbooks are required and are included in the cost of the class.

Maryland Real Estate Principles & Practices for Salespersons
Topics include Ownership, Real Estate Law, Contracts, Financing, Titles, Appraisals and Settlements as well as the 3-hour Real Estate Ethics requirement. 

What can I do when I complete the program?

This program prepares students to sit for the Maryland Real Estate Commission License exam to become a Real Estate Agent.
