At Harford Community College, we offer a variety of art + design programs that prepare you for transfer to a four-year institution to complete your bachelor’s degree. Students take core art + design courses with the remainder in their concentration. If you dream of being a fine artist, illustrator, or art educator— love art and want to strengthen your artistic voice—a concentration in fine art may be your choice.
