Harford Community College announces the appointment of Sarah Prince to the position of Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management, effective July 6, 2026. Prince has 15 years of higher education leadership experience specializing in admissions, recruitment, and student success with community colleges.

In her previous role as Interim Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management at Prince George’s Community College, she led institution-wide efforts to expand access, drive enrollment growth, and support student completion. In this role, she provided strategic leadership for admissions, recruitment, registration, and student onboarding, and served as project lead for the implementation of the College’s Strategic Enrollment Management Plan. She partnered with executive leadership to align enrollment strategies with institutional priorities and regional workforce needs.

She has played a key role in expanding access through innovative enrollment practices, virtual service delivery models, and student-centered process improvements.

Earlier in her career, Prince served as Associate Executive Director at Trinity Washington University, where she oversaw recruitment and enrollment strategy across multiple academic schools and advanced initiatives focused on equity and access for underrepresented students. She also held leadership roles at 2U, Inc., supporting enrollment growth for partner institutions including Simmons University, American University, and Georgetown University, with a focus on online and adult learner populations.

Prince holds a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Natural Resources from the University of Delaware. She completed the Maryland Chief Student Affairs Officers Community College Leadership Institute as a member of its inaugural cohort.
