Harford Community College Holds Honors Program Completion Ceremony

A ceremony to recognize 2025-26 Honors Program completers was held on May 20 in the Chesapeake Welcome Center at Harford Community College.

The ceremony opened with a welcome from Dr. Theresa B. Felder, President of Harford Community College, and an introduction from Professor Chris Jones, Faculty Advisor for the Honors Student Council.

Natalie Sinclair, President of the Honors Student Council, introduced Student Speaker, Katherine Discher, Honors Student Council Administrative Chair.

Dr. Stephanie Hallock, Coordinator, Honors Program, and Professor Chris Jones awarded medallions to each of the Honors Program completers. Dr. Hallock gave the closing remarks. A reception to honor program completers was held following the ceremony.

2025-26 Honors Program completers are Amber Barton, Thomas Bock, Mercedes Castelli, Mackenzie Cooney, Dakoda Cornes, Rachel Cotsoradis, Zenn Diem, Jessica Delos Santos, Katherine Discher, Darvin Figueroa Cortes, Michaela Fung, Mason Herzing, Nicole Hogan, Charissa Johnson, April Jones, Georgia Kalampaki, Nadia Krivosh, Zea Lawrence, Madison LoBianco, Sydra Meissner, Hpone Myat, Denise Nicholas, Crystal Nguyen, Goodness Nnebedum, Corneliu Oboroc, Daniel Olivacz, Kelly Ostrander, Bella Preisinger, Kyle Robinson, Matthew Rubin, Nicole Ryan, Ailen Salas, Nicholas Scopelliti, Mackenzie Scott, Hetvi Shah, Kaitlyn Shepard, Natalie Sinclair, John Thursby, Andrea Vera Molina, Ava Vogt, Gerardo Zavala-Gutierrez, and Adam Zink.

Officers of the Honors Student Council include Natalie Sinclair, President; Aayan Osman, Vice President; Katherine Discher, Administrative Chair; Gregory Thomas, Social Media Chair; and Dalton Diego, Graphic & Artistic Design Chair.
