Harford Community College Celebrates Community College Month

This April, Harford Community College joins colleges nationwide in celebrating Community
College Month (#CCMonth), highlighting the essential role community and technical
colleges play in powering America’s workforce and expanding economic opportunity.
#CCMonth is an annual grassroots campaign led by the Association of Community College
Trustees to bring attention to the value and importance of community colleges.
Harford will hold an Open House for prospective students of all ages and interests on Saturday, May 2, from 10 AM to 12 PM at the College’s Student Center and Quad area. The Open House is for everyone: high school students interested in dual enrollment; military personnel and families; adults looking to finish their degree, change careers or those who want to obtain industry certifications; community members searching for fitness or personal interest classes; and those wishing to begin a degree or career/workforce program.
