Harford to Hold Open House at Workforce Training Center at Water’s Edge

Harford Community College will hold an open house at Harford’s Workforce Training Center at Water’s Edge (4690 Millennium Drive in Belcamp, MD) on Wednesday, July 30 from 4 to 6:30 PM. Presentations will take place at 4:30 and 5:45 PM. The open house includes a tour of the facility and provides information about day and evening programs that provide the skills needed for employment in in-demand career fields, funding opportunities for eligible students, support services, and how to get started. RSVP today and make plans to start in the fall.

This new facility offers short-term training that takes students from classroom to career, often in less than six months. Programs offered at Water's Edge include Certified Logistics Technician (CLT 4.0), Essentials of Entrepreneurship, Manufacturing and Production, Microsoft Office Specialist Associate Level Exam Prep, NCCER Core Certification, Pipeline Construction and Operation, Security+ Certification Prep, Welding Certification, Career Exploration, and Job Readiness & Customer Service Training.

Harford is committed to providing high quality, accessible training and education to all Harford County residents. Harford's Workforce Training Center at Water's Edge provides an alternative for those unable to travel to the College’s main campus.
