Harford’s Early Learning Center Accepting Registrations for Fall

05 June 2025

The Early Learning Center (ELC) at Harford Community College currently has openings for children ages 2-5 years old for their full-day and half-day preschool options. Our littlest Owls explore learning through social, physical, and academic development activities at Harford's Early Learning Center.

The Early Learning Center, licensed by the Maryland Department of Early Childhood, is also fully accredited by the Maryland Accreditation Decision Committee.  The ELC provides a safe, nurturing environment and academic curriculum. In preparation for kindergarten, the staff encourages children of all abilities to develop socially, emotionally and intellectually while gaining a positive self-image. The curriculum incorporates the latest technology, including interactive SMART boards in each classroom and instruction in language arts, math and science, with art, crafts, drama, and story time.

The Early Learning Center provides an environment where curiosity is nurtured, friendships are formed, and children are prepared for future academic success.
