Americans observe National Hispanic Heritage Month from September 15 to October 15 each year to recognize the many contributions, diverse cultures, and vast histories of the American Latino community. This year’s theme is “Collective Heritage: Honoring the Past, Inspiring the Future.”
Harford’s “An Evening of Jazz” series kicks off with beloved jazz vocalist Eugenie Jones on September 19 at 8 PM in the Joppa Recital Hall. She’s performed in venues across the country and was described in “Paris Move” magazine as having “one of the most beautiful voices in the United States.”
