Civil Rights Leadership Award Reception

Join Harford Community College on Thursday, February 15 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in Edgewood Hall as we announce the Harford Civil Rights Project (HCRP) Civil Rights Leadership Award, honoring individuals who have made substantial contributions in greater Harford County, Maryland and/or are from Harford County and have made contributions elsewhere. Use Entrance 3 off Thomas Run Road. Free parking is available in Lot E.
