The College’s Geospatial Technology program hosted a workshop for Harford County Public Schools middle and high school social studies teachers to gain resources and create lesson plans on geospatial technology to help students build spatial thinking skills and knowledge about the world.

Hosted by the College’s Nursing and Allied Health Professions division, the Summer 2025 Nursing Class Pinning Ceremony for 25 proud associate degree graduates was held on August 19 at the Amoss Center. The new grads will bring their considerable skills to patient care for years to come.
A completion ceremony for summer 2025 graduates of Harford’s Medical Assisting program was held on August 15 in Edgewood Hall. Ten students completed 160 hours of training in physicians’ offices across Harford County after completing coursework for their certification and/or degree programs.
A Ceremony of Celebration was held on August 14 for more than 40 students who completed Philip E. and Carole R. Ratcliffe Foundation Scholarship programs. Grads earned credentials in construction, forklift training, logistics technician, manufacturing, pipeline operations, and more.
A completion ceremony for summer 2025 grads of the Certified Nursing Assistant and Dental Assistant programs was held on August 14. They're looking forward to excellent employment prospects! The ceremony was hosted by the College’s Division of Nursing and Allied Health Professions.
The feel-good musical comedy “Sister Act” will grace the Amoss Center stage on September 19 at 7 PM, September 20 at 2 & 7 PM, and September 21 at 2 PM. Filled with gospel music, outrageous dancing and a truly moving story, “Sister Act” is an uplifting tribute to the power of friendship.
Harford’s Chesapeake Gallery is proud to present “A Common Thread,” an exhibition by emerging artists Alivia Haltom, Ceanna Davis, Hannah Aust, Kayla Smith, Kelby Weaver, Krista Canoles, Nicole Wesoloski, and Sherrie Snyder. The exhibit will be on display from August 28 to December 17.
