An enduring Harford tradition, our annual Winter ArtsFest will be held on February 1 at 3 PM in the new Chesapeake Welcome Center. Enjoy performances by our music faculty, the Art + Design faculty and staff exhibit, and a reception featuring hot jazz, cool drinks, and tasty treats.
The 2026 ATHENA Leadership Award finalists have been announced, recognizing accomplished individuals who actively support women in attaining professional excellence and leadership skills. This year’s Award Breakfast will be held on March 5 at the APGFCU Arena at Harford Community College.
The College’s annual Art + Design Faculty & Staff Exhibit will be on display through February 23 in the LaCalle Chesapeake Gallery in the Chesapeake Welcome Center. Free and open to the public, the exhibit features drawings, paintings, sculptures, photographs, digital art, and ceramics.
Harford will open its newly renovated Chesapeake Welcome Center in late January, creating a central front door to the campus for students and the community. A free Open House on Sunday, January 25, 2 to 5 p.m. invites the public to explore the 78,000-square-foot space and conference center.

The College’s Division of Nursing and Allied Health Professions hosted a Pinning Ceremony for 40 fall 2025 proud and happy associate degree nursing graduates last month at the Amoss Center. The new grads will bring their considerable learning and skills to patient care for years to come.
