Phoenix Festival Theatre will present Sister Act on September 19 at 7 PM, September 20 at 2 and 7 PM, and September 21 at 2 PM at the Amoss Center in Bel Air.
The Chesapeake Gallery at Harford Community College will present A Common Thread, an exhibition by emerging artists Alivia Haltom, Ceanna Davis, Hannah Aust, Kayla Smith, Kelby Weaver, Krista Canoles, Nicole Wesoloski, and Sherrie Snyder. The exhibit will be on display in the Gallery on the second floor of the Student Center from August 28 to December 17, 2025.

The College is pleased to announce Dr. Brian Kraus has been named the new Chief Information Officer effective August 4. Dr. Kraus has held a range of leadership roles in IT, including CIO positions at California University of Pennsylvania and Volunteer State Community College.

Governor Wes Moore has appointed Elissa Halloran, JD, to the nine-member Harford Community College Board of Trustees. Ms. Halloran was sworn in at the Office of the Clerk of the Court in Bel Air on July 22. Her term expires on June 30, 2030. She has been practicing law since 2006.
Harford Community College is pleased to announce the students named to the Dean’s List for the spring 2025 semester. Students on the list have achieved high academic honor by earning all “A” and “B” grades and a 3.50 to 3.75 grade point average.
