Anne Shugars
Anne Shugars was a Vice President at an institutional investment firm in Washington,
DC. During her sixteen-year tenure, she functioned as a Stock Analyst, Corporate Bond
Analyst, and Manager/Vice President for the managed pension portfolios and comingled
funds. She joined the Harford Community College faculty in 2007 and received tenure
in 2013. Prior to joining HCC in 2007, she taught undergraduate Finance courses at
Towson University, graduate Financial Management courses at College of Notre Dame,
and Economics courses at Howard Community College.
