Connection Days for High School Students

This unique opportunity allows prospective students to spend a day on campus and discover what college, and their major, is all about. Each Connection Day is geared toward a particular area of study. There will be panel discussions, workshops, demonstrations, visits with students and faculty, internship and career options, and more. It’s the perfect way to get a feel for what you want to study. Join us!

Dual Enrollment Event

Join us on Wednesday, February 26 at 5:30 PM in the Chesapeake Center for an opportunity to explore your options to earn college credit while you are still in high school. We will have a presentation on general dual enrollment, a session about HCPS discount/waiver process, a session home/private school, and panel discussions offering you the opportunity for you to hear and ask questions about what your child needs to do to be successful at Harford Community College. Lite fare will be provided. 

  • 5:30-6:15 PM: General Dual Enrollment Presentation 
  • 6:30 -7:00 PM: Breakout Sessions:
    • HCPS Discount/Waiver Process
    • Home/Private School and Under 16 Enrollment & Presidential Grant Process
  • 7:00-8:00 PM: Q&A Panel Discussion

Campus Tours

Can't wait for an open house? Campus tours begin in the Student Center on Tuesdays at 10 AM, Wednesdays at 1 PM and Thursdays at 5 PM. Select Your Preferred Time and reserve your spot on the tour. Your visit will include an information session with an Admission Representative and a general campus tour. Please be advised that in the event of inclement weather we may recommend rescheduling your tour.

If you would like to bring a group of six or more, please email Eyvo Johnson at to arrange a custom tour for your group. Please provide as much information as possible about your group and desired dates and times.
