Technology on Campus

The world, as well as the Harford campus, rely heavily on technology to function. For that reason, we have several resources available to help our students.

Harford Username and Password

Once a student is accepted to Harford they will receive a letter explaining how to set up their College username and password. This is an important step in the enrollment process since as a Harford Community College student, your username and password allow you access to:
OwlNet: Campus portal used by all credit students. Here you will:

  • Check and and print your class scedule
  • Confirm or change your personal information
  • View campus news and events
  • Register for classes
  • View your grades and transcripts

OwlMail: College email address used for all College communication. It starts with your username, and ends with
Blackboard: a course management system where instructors will post assignments, syllabus, and other material pertinent to  their classes
Microsoft 365: online access to Cloud Storage, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Stream

ITS Help Desk

If you need help logging in to Office 365, OwlNet, Blackboard, or a campus computer, or if you're having problems accessing or setting your password, you can get help through the ITS Help Desk during their regualrly scheduled hours or by using one of our self-service access links.
