Attend a FREE Advising Session

  • Receive information about classes held at sites throughout Harford County.
  • Speak privately with an advisor about your educational needs and goals.
  • Sign up for classes.
  • Registration is not necessary for the advising sessions.  Just walk in!

English as a Second Language (ESL)

  • FREE beginning and intermediate ESL classes
  • Individualized and group instruction
  • Listening/speaking skills
  • Reading/writing skills
  • Skills for everyday living
  • Two mornings or evenings a week
  • Classes offered throughout the year

Adults 18 years of age and older may enroll in classes, however, we cannot serve adult learners or au pairs with an F-1 or J-1 student visa. This program is supported by federal and state funds granted by the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation.
