Culinary Arts Certificate

Cooking, baking, and providing food for others—if that's what brings you joy, take the next step and create a career for yourself in the culinary arts.

In less than a year, students in this program gain essential skills of classical cooking and baking in a hands-on format. Theory and fundamental standards required by industry employers are included and classes take place in Harford's professional culinary kitchen. In addition, students take a Hospitality Career course that hones skills needed to apply for and obtain employment in this high-demand field.
