New Exhibit and Events!

February 17, 2014

Faces of Freedom: The Upper Chesapeake, Maryland, and Beyond, featuring a performance, interpretive exhibit, book and film discussions and lectures, opens February 19, and runs through May 10, at the Hays-Heighe House. This project commemorates the 150th anniversary of the adoption of the Maryland Constitution of 1864 which ended slavery in the state.

Remembering President John F. Kennedy

To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, the Library will show a film montage on November 22 from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m, in room L326. Free coffee will be served while supplies last.
