President Joe Biden signed a bipartisan congressional resolution to end the U.S. national emergency response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Harford Community College’s Health and Safety Committee met on April 13, 2023, to discuss the resolution and recommended to President’s Cabinet that the College also discontinue all COVID-related campus protocols. This was approved and adopted effective May 30, 2023.
