Steps for burning CD's with the HP workstations

1. In Windows Explorer, browse to the file or folder that you want to copy.
2. Select the files or folders that you want to copy.
3. Right click on the files or folders.
4. Select Send To and select Send To CD DRIVE:X (X is the drive letter).
5. An information balloon will pop up in the lower right corner of the screen with the following message, "You have files waiting to be written to CD. To see these files, click on the balloon."
6. Click on the balloon and another Explorer Window will open with the files that you selected to be written. Verify that these are what you want.
7. If correct click on "Write these files to CD".
8. You will then see the box below.
   
   NOTE: If you want to change the name of the CD do so now in the CD name box.
9. Click in the check box "Close the wizard after the files have been written".
10. Files Will Now Be Written To The CD.
11. After the files are written to the CD, the tray will open and the disk is done.
12. You may now view the files or whatever else you want.
13. If you still have problems, call the Helpdesk at Ext. 477.
