Make the right decisions when preparing to transfer from HCC to a four-year institution and meet with an academic advisor early in your career at Harford. Continue to utilize our services so that you can make a successful transfer!

My Transfer Plan

Follow the recommended course sequence for your degree program at HCC.

  • Utilize Articulation Agreements , ARTSYS, faculty advisors and academic advisors each semester when planning
your course schedule for the following semester.
  • Choose to register for courses that will satisfy both HCC’s & your intended four-year college’s graduation requirements.
  • The year before your anticipated transfer, attend transfer fairs, visit transfer schools, and talk to transfer/admission representatives. Education is costly, so shop wisely!
  • Apply on time! Submit your applications and all official college transcripts to the colleges you are considering by the application deadlines.
