Associated Mental Health Specialist
Harford Community College contracts with Drs. Fishel, Watson, and LeMaire to provide services to students at Harford Community College. The office can be reached directly at 410-583-2222.
Harford County Mobile Crisis Team
The Mobile Crisis Team is operated by Sheppard Pratt Health System to respond to mental health emergencies in Harford County at locations of occurrence, such as homes, places of work, schools, and emergency rooms. Teams of specially-trained mental health clinicians provide on site assessments and crisis stabilization through therapeutic interventions. The purpose of the program is to avert unnecessary visits to hospital emergency rooms and subsequent hospitalization of persons experiencing mental health crises and to provide access to more appropriate, effective and economical care in the community utilizing other resources such as outpatient counseling and rehabilitative services.

Harford County Sherriff's Office
As the primary law enforcement agency in Harford County and the largest full service agency in the State of Maryland, the Harford County Sheriff's Office is responsible for providing court services, law enforcement, and correctional services to the county's ever growing population.
Use Harford Transit service to travel to Aberdeen, Havre de Grace, Riverside, Edgewood, and Joppatowne. Use Harford Transit to link up with MTA's Flyer and Marc Train service to Baltimore and Washington, D.C.

Office on Mental Health
The office on Mental Health develops and monitors public mental health services in Harford County that are comprehensive community-based, culturally sensitive, and recovery oriented.
Pastoral Counseling Services of Maryland
Pastoral Counseling Services of Maryland is a not-for-profit, community-based organization dedicated to strengthening emotional and spiritual health by providing counseling and psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents, as well as specialized services of Addictions Counseling, Marriage Preparation, and other Educational programs.

SARC Sexual Assault/Spousal Abuse Resource Center, Inc.
SARC is a non-profit agency in Harford County working to end domestic violence, sexual violence, and stalking; to aid its victims and to create a society free from abuse and fear.
