Services

The Fitness Center provides basic, as-needed assistance to students, such as proper usage of equipment.  Students seeking personalized exercise programming are encouraged to take any of the following Physical Education credit courses:

  • PE 136 Cardiovascular Fitness
  • PE 137 Circuit Training
  • PE 228 Weight Training
  • PE 229 Advanced Weight Training

Access to the Fitness Center during Open Recreational hours is specific to the semester of enrollment.

Fall Semester

July 1- December 31

Winter Special Term

Spring Semester
