College Articulation & Transfer Information

Harford Community College has developed several articulation agreements with four-year colleges and other higher education institutions. The agreement confirms the acceptance of transfer credits from HCC. Students complete the designated degree at HCC and then transfer seamlessly to the colleges and universities below.  

Meeting graduation and transfer requirements is the responsibility of the student. Students interested in transferring should contact a HCC advisor.

Transfer from Harford Community College

Partnerships with surrounding colleges and universities allow students in select programs to seamlessly transfer entire degrees and courses to four-year institutions.

Transfer High School Credit

An array of programs, initiatives and support services provide opportunities for high school students to gain college credits while earning a high school diploma. 

Reverse Transfer

Academic credits for course work completed at a 4-year institution may be transferred back to Harford Community College to satisfy associate degree requirements.
