Compliance Measures

Vehicle owners are responsible for all traffic-related fines regardless of who was driving the vehicle at the time of violation. Fines must be paid before further registration and records activities and services will be provided. Failure to pay fines could also lead to action being taken by a commercial collection agency.  Flagrant or continuous disregard for traffic regulations or the safety of others will result in revocation of operating privileges on campus.  Accumulation of three (3) or more unpaid fines may result in the towing of the vehicle.  Fees for parking and traffic violations are payable at the Cashier's Office located in lower level of the Student Center, or mailed to the Cashier's Office, Student Center, Harford Community College, 401 Thomas Run Road, Bel Air, MD 21015.
