Login Information for Credit Faculty
 To access your eLearning content for the semester, you
will login to OwlNet at
http://owlnet.harford.edu. Your OwlNet login is the same as your HCC
Network login (what you use to login to campus computers and your HCC
email). After logging in to OwlNet, click the tab titled "My
Courses". You will see a list of your courses organized by semester;
click the title of the course you want to access.
Blackboard
Courses that use Blackboard will launch the Blackboard website in a new
window and take you directly to your course homepage. The first time you
access your Blackboard course via OwlNet, you will
be be prompted to assign course content.
Click
here to access instructions about how to copy content into your course.
HCC Faculty can also access Blackboard directly to
work on development courses or joint projects with other faculty. Access
information will be emailed to you directly; if you did not receive this
information, please contact your technician or email
irc@harford.edu. Once you're in Blackboard, you can get to any course by clicking the
"My HCC Blackboard" link on the upper right of the screen. This will be
useful if you need to access courses that you created pre-integration,
as you will not be able to access them via OwlNet.
NOTE: Credit students should access Blackboard via OwlNet, not direct
login.
Course Studio
Courses not using Blackboard will open Course Studio; please contact
your technician for help using Course Studio. If you have any questions or need assistance, please
contact your technician or email irc@harford.edu.
