HCC is seeking a customer service-oriented
individual to provide support in the College's Test Center.
Duties include, but are not limited to, daily preparation of
computerized testing; checking in examinees; administering and
proctoring computerized and paper tests, quizzes, and exams;
maintaining test security; answering telephone inquiries; using
the computer for data entry and information retrieval;
maintaining files and records; and troubleshooting minor
Work schedule is up to 20 hours per
week, with hours assigned between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. Monday
through Friday, and Saturdays, 8:30
a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Hours
during the summer and between semesters may be reduced.
