The Harford
Community College Foundation works with potential
donors to establish select criteria for credit or
non-credit courses. Providing scholarships/grants
assistance is an important way for donors to work
with the College to develop the area's next
generation of community leaders, nurses, paralegals,
transfer students, and members of the community to
define, refine and enhance their skills.
