Supplies, equipment, or materials for the College may be donated through the Foundation. Because of the complex nature of such transactions, consultation with the Foundation and the specific department to benefit from the gift is strongly recommended before such a gift is made.

All gifts-in-kind require PRIOR approval from the appropriate division chair and the Vice President for Marketing, Development and College Relations.

Equipment/Special Collections

Videos, library books, special collections, and equipment can offset normal operation costs.

Gift /Cards/Certificates

Gift cards/certificates in any denomination support many activities and programs. Certificates can be used as prizes in raffles and drawings to help raise money or to rewards volunteers.

Food/Beverages/Snacks

Student clubs, college departments, and fundraisers have limited budgets, but frequently require food and/or snacks to enhance the activity.

Flowers/Decorations

Many events require decorations and flowers to accent the program activity or to present to performers after a show.

Specific Needs

Items including equipment, library materials, and computer software/hardware are also needed.

Gifts-In-Kind of all types can be valuable to the College. Contact us for additional information and/or to obtain the necessary paperwork.
