The Annual Fund raises dollars to help enhance the College's needs. As a public institution, Harford Community College relies primarily on funding from the State, County, and tuition/fees costs, which cover a portion of the costs of an education at HCC.

Harford Community College depends on the generosity of its alumni/ae, friends, parents, students, businesses, foundations and corporations to help with the disparity.
