The original facility, which opened in 1968, doubled in size and provides increased opportunities for fitness as well as health and physical education classes. 

RENOVATION HIGHLIGHTS - FEATURING A WORLD CLASS ARENA

  • Newer and larger fitness center
  • Modernized pool
  • Multipurpose gymnasium
  • 50,580 additional square feet
  • Up-to-date learning technologies
  • Space for instruction, meetings, and community use
  • Specific rooms for dance, group fitness, and a variety of other physical activities
  • The addition of the APG Federal Credit Union Arena at Harford Community College, with fixed seating for 2,500 and 3,300 with floor seating
