EKG Technician

Completing our EKG Training series will prepare you for National Certification as an EKG Technician.

Learn basic cardiac anatomy, patient preparation, arrhythmia identification, and treatment.

Students must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED*.

  • Foundations of Healthcare
  • HIPAA Compliance (HIPA)** (available through ed2go)
  • Healthcare Externship Preparation
  • Healthcare Professionalism
  • Healthcare Provider CPR
  • Human Anatomy & Physiology (HAP)** 
  • Computer Basics for Allied Health 
  • Law & Medical Ethics
  • Medical Terminology (MTER)** 

Capstone Courses:

  • EKG Technician
  • EKG Technician Externship
