HCC Early Learning Center

Classes encourage children to develop socially, emotionally, and intellectually.

Harford Community College provides preschool and child care services on campus at our Early Learning Center. These classes encourage children to develop socially, emotionally, and intellectually. The HCC Early Learning Center provides a nurturing environment and academic curriculum that ensures your child is well prepared for kindergarten. Our goal is to encourage children to develop emotionally and intellectually while gaining a positive self-image. The balanced curriculum incorporates the latest technology, where appropriate, to provide instruction in music, art, crafts, story-time, drama, science, math, and language arts.
