Home Inspection Master Course
During this 72 hour course the student will experience an in-depth look at
each component of a house, what to look for and how to report their findings
according to the Maryland Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. The
student will learn hands-on through lab exercises and demonstrations.
Teaching methods also include discussions, one-on-one or round-table, role
playing, as well as videos, slides and lectures. After completing this
course, the student will understand what is needed to perform a professional
home inspection, and how to write a clear and precise inspection report.
Upon completion, graduates have the skills to seek employment as a home
inspector, set up a home inspection company or add home inspection services
to their current offerings. This program meets the requirements to seek a
home inspection license in Maryland and other states.
