What is ITIL Foundation Prep?
The IT Infrastructure Library® (ITIL) is the most widely accepted approach
to IT service management in the world.
ITIL provides best practices, drawn from both the public and private sectors
internationally. The ITIL Version 3 (V3) Qualifications scheme provides
four levels of certification. ITIL Foundation level is the entry level for
the scheme and upon successful completion of the ITIL Foundation Certificate
in IT Service Management a candidate becomes eligible to take further V3
certifications within the scheme.

intense training course. Students

Students will learn five core disciplines of ITIL best practices. The
five disciplines represented in this course are service strategy,
